Our rugs stand for solidarity. Touched by seeing children whose future is determined by their family's economic circumstances, Lorena Canals decided to offer her own social support by giving them access to education. This is how the Sakûla Project was born, a nursery school in the north of India where street children can receive food and education. There are currently 120 children attending the school and counting.

Love it! Wanted to give some color help that I would have appreciated myself. The cream color is not as bright as the picture, closer to ecru. And yes, there is a purple undertone to the patterns, but not enough for me to change my mind about it.

Great rug but more beige than cream
5 stars for quality and softness, as well as super speedy delivery. One star less because the color is more beige than the cream that I’m seeing in the photos, so I had to return it.
